Deaf Studies & Deaf Education - Department proposing to change exiting EdD program to a PhD, provided updated syllabi for courses to be reviewed. Dr. Clark joined the previous meeting and described the proposal.
Council members were to review proposal and provide feedback via email and vote at the October meeting.

Introduced new council members. Discussed the need for more materials to be submitted with curriculum items, i.e. degree plan, justification, etc.
