When searching for a syllabus make sure to select the correct time frame.

• Current (after the start date);
• Past (semester is over) and
• Future (semester has not started)
• Spring 2025 (15 and First 8 weeks) course syllabi will switch from Future to Current on January 16, 2025

Faculty Vita in Concourse

How to Search for Syllabi and Vita in Concourse

1. Go to /syllabi
2. Select Advanced 
3. Select the Course Subject
4. Enter Course Number (if known) if for Master's level course it will begin with a "53" and "63" for Doctoral courses
5. Select Session and Year
6. Limit to Time Frame to Current Courses or Past Courses
7. Limit Templates search to non-template
8. Select the course from the Results by clicking on the blue Course Title
9. If searching for a faculty CV, type the faculty name in the search bar click on a course syllabi and then click the CV tab at top of page below the Concourse logo
