The S&R lab is supervised by Dr. Richmond. The following research projects are either in process or completed in the lab:
- Using Big Data Methods to Identify and Assess Chemical Plant Transitions
- Mitigating Plant Safety Risk During Chemical Plant Transitions
- Novel Cyber-Physical Experiments to Teach Process Control and Process Safety
- Industrial Distributed Control System (DCS) Applied to Chemical Engineering Education
The lab is located in the Charles and Eleanor Garrett Engineering Center addition of the Cherry Engineering Building, first floor room 3102.
