The Phillip M. Drayer department of Electrical and Computer Engineering maintains a world-class reputation for research and graduate program excellence. Many students become published prior to graduation. We offer three graduate degrees: a Master of Engineering, a Master of Engineering Science, and a Doctor of Engineering.
With the exception of the Masters of Engineering degree, the graduate program requires each student to pursue research in an area of choice. Prospective students are encouraged to contact faculty directly regarding their research interests. Scholarships, fee-waivers and assistantships of various kinds may be available.
Â鶹ӳ»Ó°Òô College of Engineering offers 3 graduate degree programs with a concentration in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering:
Gain the knowledge and skills needed to specialize in an electrical or computer engineering field, such as power systems or signal processing.
A thesis-option program that prepares you to independently develop solutions in your discipline.
A research-focused degree designed to prepare engineers to study complex engineering problems and to develop solutions.
All programs are offered face to face. Online courses could be offered per request.
Additionally, the Phillip M. Drayer department of Electrical Engineering offers the following certification program.
Designed to cover industry necessities including design and implementation of electric machines and power electronics drives, control of the dynamics of power generation units, power system monitoring and protection, power system modeling and the concept of the smart grid.
