Improper Use

Is it Licensed?

To determine whether a product is licensed, look for the "Officially Licensed Collegiate Products" label. All licensed manufacturers of Â鶹ӳ»­Ó°Òô products are required to display this label on the product or the packaging.

Report Misuse

Any suspected misuse or unlicensed use of the university's name or trademarks should be reported immediately to the Â鶹ӳ»­Ó°Òô Office of Marketing Communications at (409) 880-8490.

Buy Official Products

Every time you buy an officially licensed Â鶹ӳ»­Ó°Òô product, the manufacturer returns a portion of that money to the university. This "Officially Licensed Collegiate Products" label is your assurance that the merchandise you purchase is "official" and has been approved by Â鶹ӳ»­Ó°Òô. Before you buy, look for the label.
